Can individuals/non-businesses purchase directly from you?
Yes. We are both Business-to-Business and Business-to-Customer company servicing Supermarkets, Wholesalers, Asian Specialty Stores, Restaurants, Independent Grocers and Fast Food Outlets. We also do business with non-business individuals.
Are the products on the website the only products that you offer?
We offer a lot more various categories and brands. We have sales representative to provide full services including a full list of available products to our customer.
What countries do your products come from?
We offer products from Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines and much more.
How can I place an order?
Please contact our sales representative at (862) 264-6774. If you are a distribution customer, you can place an order with your sales representative assigned when complete your customer application.
How soon can I receive my merchandise?
You can expect your order within 2 weeks time. Local customers can expect their order within 48 hours. We also allow the pick up service on our location.
What are the payment options?
You can pay by cash, cashiers check, money order and company check. We do not accept credit cards.
What are the payment terms?
Your sales representative will inform you with your payment term that will affect for all invoices (upon credit approval).
Are there any percentage discounts?
We offer percentage discounts to customers based on their credit history. If pay before the due date, you will receive a percent discount depends upon the payment term.
